BFST® stimulates blood flow through the entire knee area while the patient is at rest. This is very important because while at rest, an unaided inflamed ACL can otherwise have seriously impeded blood flow. BFST® kits have 3 different power settings so you can continue to increase the power of your treatments as your ACL heals. During your first treatment, your ACL and the area around your knee cap will feel quite warm. This is because at first, your circulation is poor.
