Cold Cure Instructions
« on: July 10, 2015, 11:37:04 PM »
This is for the Cold Cure foot wrap.  The instructions that came with my cold cure were very poor if non-existent.  There were no clear instructions on what to do with gel packs.  Should you take them out of the plastic?  They don't fit fully in the wrap, unless you fold it half or cut the gel pack?  Anyone have suggestions??
Thanks!!

Hi jkm12675,

The gels are designed to stay inside the plastic casing and slip right into the mesh pocket in the wrap. One gel goes in the pocket at a time while the other two can be left in the fridge or freezer so that there is always a cold one to swap in. The gel does poke out of the back of the mesh pocket so that it can curve up, and treat, the back of the heel as well.

Have I answered your question? Please don't hesitate to ask if you any more questions. We have treatment advisers on staff 7 days/week as well if you'd prefer to talk to someone directly.

Also, when you have your gels are in the fridge or freezer, store them flat and not one on top of the other.  They will get colder faster this way.
