Healing good, BUT...

hi i have been using the cold wrap, bfst and tape...helping a lot with my lateral meniscus healing process, but pretty often throughout the day i feel the knee clicking, no pain, just clicks few times a day....is that normal? is that ok?

What is normal and ok is really hard to say. General popping and clicking without pain usually isnt anything to worry about. Since you are dealing with a meniscus injury it is probably caused from that. The cushion between bones is damaged and could be causing some misalignment with your cartilage. If it persists, I would get it checked out by a doctor.

Is there a way we can tell or find out ourselves if there is any misalignment?
i highly doubt that my meniscus/cartilage is not aligned...

I am not sure. But since you said you do not have pain with it, I wouldn't be too worried about it. If pain develops, I would go to your doctor.
