Now if i still have little inflammation, i can still use the BFST? or Do i have to wait until inflammation is completely gone?

Thank you! :D

We recommend waiting until the inflammation is mostly gone.  You will see the quickest results and get the highest benefit from the BFST the less inflammation you have in the affected area.  Inflammation can act almost like a barrier and that nutrient rich blood flow you are stimulating won't fully reach the damaged tissues.

If at any time you experience discomfort after a BFST treatment, that is a good sign that there is too much inflammation. Discontinue BFST and go back to cold.

And if I dont feel really much discomfort, can i still use it if a little inflamation is still there?

isnt it better in general to use it than not use it at all?

If you do not feel any discomfort then it would be fine to continue use.

Hi Justreal,

I responded to your second post regarding your ultrasound. Yes, it is safe to use it while using our products. We do recommend however that you wait the 3-4 hours after a BFST treatment before using the ultrasound.

Kind regards,
Amber
