I am a horseshoer. I came down with tendonitis . I just ordered the wrist gel pack and the wrist BFST. How long does it normally take to find some comfort. I been icing and using a horse ligament gel to help.

The Ice compresstions help. But when done goes right back to hurting.....Please give me honest feed back....

Hi 'Horseshoer', thank you for your posting your questions. With tendonitis of any kind, you will be looking at an average of six weeks to get your inflammation under control. For pain management, this depends on the individual. Please make sure you use the cold treatments 3-4 times a day, especially at the end of the day.

Compressions will provide you with support to help prevent re-injury and avoid further damage. If you require any suggestions or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team.
