Can your products be used along with regular cortisone shots?

Yes our products can be used along with regular cortisone shots, however, we do recommend you wait at least 2 weeks after the injection to use/continue the BFST treatments. A side effect of cortisone is that it can sometimes effect your blood pressure, this is why we recommend waiting.

In addition to the previous response with newer and updated information, we now recommend that you wait 6 weeks after a cortisone shot before using a BFST. While you are not in any danger using the BFST, we highly advise against it for several reasons and one mainly being because most likely you will be unable feel the healing effects of your BFST device and will end up turning it up levels you are not quite ready for and feeling unsatisfied.

Cortisone shots mask the pain and cause you to feel a false sensation of ability which will likely cause you to re-injure yourself and can be a major set back in your healing process causing you to end up in a cycle of cortisone shots. Repeated use of cortisone shots have risks and side effects which we advise you to speak with your medical professional about.
