Last year I had a torn hip labrum. I started using your products and, knowing that Omega-3s are critical to the health and maintenance of all cell membranes, I increased my daily intake from 2 grams to 6 grams. Within a week I was walking normally with minimal discomfort and could even play golf! Nutrition is the key to health and healing.
