Thanks so much for your question! We do not have any reason to believe that our products would electrically interfere with a pacemaker. We always recommend that people consult their physician if they have unique circumstances such as this. You should ask your cardiologist if perhaps the warmth generated by the unit would be of concern. Some people will respond to warmth with an increased cardiac rate. If using the product directly over the heart and a pacemaker is involved, or if there is any heart condition, you should always consult your cardiologist first.
