Wait time between cold and BFST?

(1/1)

stevesolo:
Although the instructions indicate the user should wait 1 hour after a cold application before using BFST, the cold treatment area still feels somewhat cold after an hour?  (My cold gel packs are from the refrigerator temperature of 40 F degrees).  Will the BFST be effective after the 1 hr. wait time?

CS:
Hello and thank you for your question! Yes, it is recommended to wait about and hour after your last ColdCure treatment before following with a BFST treatment. This should be sufficient time for your skin to warm up enough between the cold and BFST treatments. We really just don't want you to be going from the cold to warm (BFST) to quickly as the treatments do counteract each other. If you feel that your skin is still very cold, even after an hour, just give it a little extra time to warm up before transitioning to the BFST treatments. Please feel free to give us a call at 844-400-2525 with any questions!

Thank you!
Sabrina
