Are gel packs for the back & hip Coldcure wraps available?  Ours is beginning to crack and separate.

Hi BWG, If your initial purchase was made within the past 12 months, your product is still under warranty.
If you are unsure of your original date of purchase, please visit our contact us page to obtain our number or email address and we would be happy to look it up for you. To answer your question however, yes, replacement gels can be purchased for existing customers who have purchased the full product previously qualify to purchase replacement components for their wraps.
