Staying active with a Bakers Cyst

We have the discussion with many of our customers on how can continue staying active while dealing with their injury.  We always recommend to rest and not to push it.  The last thing you would want to do is re-injure or further aggravate the knee.  Keeping the inflammation down behind the knee is the best way the stimulated blood flow will effectively heal the underlying issue causing the cyst.

For those who continue to stay active, what are some of the exercises or modifications on exercises you recommend?

Swimming? Yoga?
