The Front and Side Ankle wraps are specially designed to cover the front and side of your ankle and is more for sprains and strains. The unique ice pack/BFST web is shaped to conform perfectly to the shape of the foot for maximum coverage.
The Achilles/Ankle wrap is designed to cover up and down both sides and around the back of the ankle. The ColdCure® and BFST Achilles/Ankle Wrap completely covers the Achilles tendon. This also sufficiently covers the entire Tarsal Tunnel area. I think this wrap would be the one of most use to you.
