Elbow pain treatment
« on: January 08, 2020, 01:51:10 PM »
I have medial epicondylitis and have been using the cold cure treatment for a week or so.  I still have pain but no swelling.  Should I start using the BFST treatment?  I'm not sure the pain is going to go away with just the cold cure.

Thank you for your inquiry. If the swelling has gone away, but the pain is still there, you can start on the BFST treatments and see if the injury is ready for that yet. If you do start to feel increased pain from the BFST treatments, this is usually a sign that there is still a lot of underlying inflammation in the injury and would need to go back to using the ColdCure only until it goes away.
