get that BFST wrist wrap--it's that new hotness! I'm tellin' you it works--if you have a tfcc tear--you would feel pain on pinky side of wrist on or around ulna styloid when turning a doorknob (this was particularly painful right after the injury), gripping, weight bearing like push ups are a no no right now for me--it sucks!!! the pain at times radiates to my forearm--but thanks to the wrap--its a lot better--hopefully I can get back to working out again by the new year-not gonna rush it though.

Hopefully you don't a TFCC tear in addition to the knee meniscus--but get that wrap if it still hurts (just for reference, my thumb and fingers do not hurt at all--just in and around the ulna styoid is where the pain lies for me)

be safe

yeah.. neither did I.... and wish I never knew--but now I understand the pinky side of the wrist is no joke--the ligaments tendons (namely the TFCC) there don't heal well--but the BFST has brought me very good results so far--hopefully it just keeps getting better!

as far as supplements go--I do not have the same exact injury but I do have a torn TFCC (meniscus of the wrist)

the supplements that I'm on that help are

3 in 1 pill glucosimine, chondroitin, MSM--2 a day (i use the doctor's best brand on amazon)
Cissus RX---2 a day
Vitamin C--1-2 a day 500 mg
Fish oil--1 a day
Garlic--1 a day 1000mg

so far whats helped me the most is the BFST wrist wrap--but these supplements give your body the proper building blocks to help your body heal a ligament

good luck to you my friend--hopefully we're all pain free very soon!

stay postive!
hug your family!

peace

I will pray for you KoCrm--yes these cartilage/ligament injuries really do suck--never in my life have I ever experienced more pain for a longer amount of time than now--21 weeks--I've tried everything and this BFST wrist wrap is the first thing where I can actually see improvement in a few days--so just thankful for that right now--have you tried prolotherapy? I tried it and it helped a bit--though going in for my 2nd round of shots next week---it's supposed to take 3-6 rounds over the course of about 4-6 months before you feel the full effect--but in that time--it could be your body just naturally healing up--anyways, they say that the pain goes away long before the healing is done--I just hope mine and yours goes away soon...

wanna get back to the pain free version of me--if the healing takes an additional few months--I can deal with that--brace it up, tape it up in the meantime--protect yourself
stay positive bro--I KNOW it's tough--I feel like at times my family is fed up with me....Hang in there! It can only get better from here my friend!

Best Wishes
Tony

KoCrm

hope your knee gets better soon--I can already feel a difference on the 3rd day of teatment with my wrist (TFCC tear)--(felt hopeless 3 days ago)it feels much better now--so hopefully this will continue to just get better and better until its a non issue (pain wise) at least--keep at it--4 treatments a day.

also taking Glucosamine chondroitin and MSM (3 in 1--I'm using doctors best brand) as well as CISSUS RX (1-2 each per day)

these supplements are supposed to work even better for the knee than it does the wrist--so give it a shot if you haven't already--and don't give up!!!!---you're body was meant to heal itself!

keep us updated!
All the best! wishing you a speedy recovery!

Ok

Thanks Desiree for that--just a follow up--why 10 days?--is that when most clients report the most improvement--I def plan on using your product for more than 10 days--unless instructed otherwise--I'm assuming benefits continue for more then 10 days using the BFST wraps, correct?

Thanks again

Just received my BFST for my wrist TFCC tear--(already did 2 treatments today)Is it beneficial to do more than 4 treatments a day or is that overkill and what is the minimum amount of time one should wait in between BFST treatments?

Thanks--hoping for a speedier recovery!

I assumed the same, except for prolo--the DR told me to not ice it--let the initial healing phase take place then use heat and fish oil--I have to ask him tough if i tweak it or anything after the first 72 hours I should be able to use the ice--I'd assume so--but with this injury--its tough
thanks

Oh OK

sounds good--will do--also wanted to ask--I started prolotherapy about 2 weeks ago as I'm trying to eliminate the pain hopefully soon--do you think it's ok to use the BFST in conjunction with the prolo? I will be going in for my 2nd round of prolo in approx 2 weeks

thanks again

Ashley

thanks for your response--you mention in a couple weeks with proper use of BFST I will be on the right track to healing--my question I guess is-- should I also continue splinting with the Wrist Widget in between BFST treatments, or will that cut down blood flow? Mabe i'll just wear it a little looser as the splinting has been helping the healing process so far--anyways what is your professional recommendation?

Thanks
Tony

General Discussion / tfcc partial tear right wrist
« on: October 01, 2015, 02:12:28 PM »
Hello Kingbrand community!

I have a partial tfcc tear (meniscus homologue) in my right wrist--for going on 4-5 months now--been bracing with wrist widget for last 9 weeks with good results--although pain is definitely still there (not as bad as before). Have you guys had any success with wearing this BFST wrist wrap to reduce/eliminate pain while TFCC is healing--it feels ok as long as I'm doing very little, slowly--but the moment I start moving faster it acts up--and just wondering any experiences with this condition using the BFST--or what others thoughts are on the possibility of reducing/eliminating the pain with this product?--whats the time frame from the time i start using it to when i can start seeing some improvements? seems worth a shot--
any suggestions?

Thanks
Tony
