Our BFST products are aimed to treat any type of soft tissue damage. Unfortunately, it does not help with bone related injuries.

Stimulating blood flow contributes to a healthy circulatory system. Blood flow works to improve cell growth and aids in proper functioning of the organs. Our blood contains oxygen and nutrients that are needed to help our body heal itself. When we're injured, blood flow to the area is usually significantly restricted. That's why promoting blood flow to the area of injury is so important. This is what opens up the blood vessels so the soft tissue can receive the oxygen and nutrients it needs to heal.

Blood flow should not be stimulated until the inflammation and pain are gone from the affected area, because you want to restrict the blood vessels when you have pain and swelling, not open them up. Blood flow therapy works to speed up the healing process for tissue that's no longer painful or swollen.

I am so thankful that I found your website 3 years ago. My first purchase was for Insertional Achilles Tendonitis and I was very skeptical in my purchase, but I did so because of the great money back guarantee and the support that I received by phone and through email.

Now I am dealing with a Bakers Cyst. Another ailment that I have never heard of! I love that the shopping cart comes pre-loaded with everything that I needed. I was confused at first getting a leg wrap because it was my knee that was injured but reading through the website it eventually made sense. I've now been icing for a week and I'm seeing a little bit of improvement and I'm anxious to use the BFST but I know that I can't until I get all of the swelling behind my knee under control. Is there any creams or lotions I can use to help speed that up?

I haven't figured out how to put the tape on by myself. It's quite challenging because I can't see the back of my knee. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm glad to hear our products have been helpful with your recovery!

In regards to using creams and lotions with the BFST, we strongly advise against it. Whenever you are feeling pain and inflammation, we always want to address it with the ColdCure to help.

If you're using the gel packs from the freezer, please only use it for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off with a thin layer between your skin and the gel pack. There isn't a minimum or maximum amount of times to use the ColdCure during the day. Once the pain and inflammation have been reduced, we advise waiting for your skin to come back to room temperature  before fitting in a BFST treatment. With the BFST, we always advise starting on level 1. You should only feel some warmth while using it.

In regards to taping for full knee support and taping for your backer's cyst, I can always include instructional videos. Unfortunately, I cannot post them to the forums. If you could email us directly at, we can email you the appropriate information.

I discovered King Brand by accident after I tore my meniscus and the Doc told me there was only a 20% chance of fixing it with surgery.  I cruised the web and thankfully found your company, ordered the BST Knee Wrap and have not only avoided risky surgery, my pain is almost non existent!  I highly recommend giving their products a try as I have referred others who swear by them as well. In fact I have just ordered a the BST back wrap as I am 66 and still play a lot of golf, so I am going to use the wrap as a preventative measure so I can continue to enjoy being on the links without the stiffness and soreness that can accompany long tournaments.  GREAT PRODUCTS!  Thanks King Brand!!!

Even when you're starting to feel 100%, I always suggest continuing with your treatments as normal for about a month or two following. Usually when you're feeling better, it usually means your body still needs some time to heal internally.

Product Warranty & Returns / Re: Warrenty

There is a defect in my BSFT. I just received it and it worked at first but now it does not get warm even on level 3. I don't know if there is a loose connection or what. How do I go about returning it for a replacement BSFT? It says to return it with the receipt but I never got a receipt. Do I sent it back in the box it came in, which has the UPS code on it?
