Treatment Questions / Re: Medial Meniscus Problem
« on: December 08, 2014, 08:26:46 PM »
Dear Stevectpa,

Thank you for your enquiry about our products. I am sorry to hear that your experiencing issues with your knee. I too had a full knee reconstruct & lateral tendon release 5 years ago so I know what your talking about:)

Looks to me like your dealing with two separate issues here and I think that we may have some solutions that could aid you with both of them. I'm not sure that we can reverse the wearing down but I am confident in suggesting that you start immediately with the ColdCure Therapy Wrap to isolate and eliminate the inflammation happening in your knee. Once you have significantly reduced that over a few days we would add the BFST to the therapy treatment and start you on a combination of the (2) therapies together at least 3- 4 times a day.

As long as you do not have a complete tear of the meniscus we will have the ability to repair it and potentially avoid or delay your chance of surgery. If you do in fact have a complete tear, we will be unable to heal it together... however we can optimize the blood flow and nutrients to all of the muscles & tissues around it. And that is never a bad thing at all:)

We would love to provide you with some direct links & information for your review so please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team at 1-877-661-5239.

Wishing you nothing but healing success!
Kind Regards,
Heather

Dear Newbie,

Yes, we are located in Canada and sell on-line here. As for the surgery, everybody's "Body" is different. We have seen some pretty amazing things happen with these products & have proved a lot of doctor's wrong about having surgery. As I mentioned before, the BFST will support all of the tissue, muscle & ligaments around the area providing the healthy oxygenated nutrients it needs to operate at your fullest healing potential.

I really hope this helps & I do encourage you to check out our website.

Have a great day,
Heather

Treatment Questions / Re: help after knee meniscus surgery

Good Afternoon,

I am so sorry to hear that your experiencing issues with your knee! I can relate, it is one of the hardest things to get under control for sure. The answer to your question is yes, the ColdCure Wrap will give you the compression, the ice to address the swelling. The gels can be used from freezer or fridge and I like to combine the two to get a longer cooling process on my knee in one treatment. I would recommend that you apply cold therapy at least 3-4 times a day to get things under control and honestly I would take a rest from my exercises till you get control of the condition again.

Because you had a tear surgery our BFST can be used to aid & send nutrients to the surrounding tissues through the healing process while promoting some healthy blood flow to the area once you have the inflammation under control of course. We do have billing codes available for medical coverage on our website which you may want to investigate to assist you with the cost. You can access that on our website under the Contact Us section about mid way down the page.

I really hope this helps & I wish you nothing but healing success! Feel free to contact us directly should you have any other questions or concerns you would like addressed at 1-877-661-5239.

Kindest Regards,
Heather

Questions & Answers About Our Products / Re: Post-Surgery Products?
« on: November 20, 2014, 03:36:55 PM »
Good Afternoon,

We would highly recommend that you use both of our wraps to aid in the healing process for your husband. The wraps can be used both pre-surgery & post-surgery to reduce inflammation and promote healthy blood flow. Both wraps will give your husband the reminder to monitor his movement,in addition to delivering the healing therapy needed. Once he has the inflammation under control you can introduce the BFST to promote healthy blood flow stimulation to the area which will promote the healing process.

We are here to help with the healing process and if you have any other questions please don't hesitate to call! 1-877-661-5239

We wish you nothing but healing success!
Kind Regards,
Heather

General Discussion / Re: onset tear of meniscus
« on: November 09, 2014, 12:49:48 PM »
Hello,

As long as you do not have a complete tear in the meniscus using our products in combination with each other could potentially be the healing option your looking for! Yes, we would suggest using the ColdCure therapy for the first 3-5 days exclusively approx. 3-4 times a day. By doing this you will ensure that you are taking care of all of the external & internal inflammation that the injury has caused and prep the body for the use of the Blood Flow Stimulation Device. Once your inflammation is under control it is time to introduce the BFST device to your therapy schedule.

The BFST is added to your Cold therapy treatments like this...

Start your day with a ColdCure application for about 30 mins
Wait 20 mins for skin to warm to room temperature
Start BFST treatment for 20 minute session (automatically shuts off)
Then wait 4 hours and repeat the cycle again to reach a max of 3-4 combination treatments a day!

As per your insurance coverage question, we do have billing codes available for you to share with your insurance company to seek coverage. We can also provide these for you should you choose to go that route at the time you call in to our customer service line.

As a side note, most of our clients using this instruction are noticing significant healing response within the first three weeks of treatment. I hope this helps to answer your questions and we can certainly answer any other questions you may have on our Customer Service Line 1-844-661-5239

Hope that helps,
Heather

Good Evening,

I have recently had a lateral tendon release on my left knee. I am stuck in a zimmer brace and preparing for physio in the coming weeks. Do you have a treatment you might recommend that could aid in my healing? I do have a lot of chronic pain and I do not like to use drugs as the answer.

Any suggestions would help
