Please share this simple advice to BFST users.
To avoid damage to the delicate connection of the power cord to the Energy Web pad, just provide an extra measure of mechanical strain relief. Tuck the cord under the Velcro flap as you don the wrap. Take advantage of the marvelous design of the product!
Kudo's to KB customer support, they gave immediate replacement assistance when I pulled the cord off the Energy Web pad of my BFST foot wrap. Thanks Janis and Ashley
Since the therapy works so well, you will want to protect the device for long term service.
