I have suffered with carpal tunnel for years.  I finally had surgery on my left to correct it and also a trigger finger problem.  It took care of the problem but I had complications and had to have 8 weeks of physical therapy after and it took months before I could even make a fist.  Needless to say I have not had the surgery on my right hand which is my main use hand,  so I am going to start using the cold wrap on that and see if that will give me some relief.   Also when I wear my wrist splint I bought at the drug store consistently, it does feel a lot better but makes it hard to type and do normal things.

I just got my MRI results and I have a small tear in the meniscus on my left knee along with a lot of inflammation which has been so painful I have trouble walking or moving very well.  The doctor wanted to do injections of lubricant into my knee for five weeks to take down inflammation and help with healing and if that doesn't work, surgery.  I don't want the injections so told him I want to try on my own to get it to heal so have been using cold packs and elevating as much as possible.  I ordered your knee cold wrap and hope it arrives soon.  Do you think it can heal without shots and just by using the cold wrap you sell so I can avoid anything invasive?
