General Discussion / Comments on Knee BFST wrap & Cold Cure Knee Wrap
« on: June 03, 2014, 06:20:35 AM »
Received both Knee BFST wrap & Cold Cure Knee Wrap in excellent condition, nothing more you can ask for.

Tried the Cold Cure Knee Wrap, and it was marvelous, could use it for hours continuously without any hitch.

Will further update the BFST wrap when i use it later.

THUMBS UP !!!

Q7: I would be using the BFST knee Wrap in Singapore. Do i just plug in the adaptor plug into our local power point or do i need to plug in to a universal adaptor before using it, because our power grids are different i suppose. Please advise.

Q8: Is the normal and express shipping rate for international orders too ?

Q4: How long should i put the Cold Cure Knee Wrap gel inside the freezer and fridge before i start using it ? and how long should i apply it on the knee and time intervals resting for both gel pads placed in the fridge and freezer ?

Q5: Is using Cold Cure Knee Wrap and Knee BFST wrap after a run suitable for healthy knees or knees which have fully recovered from meniscus injury so as to promote post-run recovery or otherwise. If yes, how should we go about using it. I'm asking this as my friend is runner like me, and wish to introduce this to him and also for myself when i recover from my knee injury in future, if it is suitable. Please advise.

Q6: Are King Brand products sold in Singapore ?

I know this is not a related treatment question, but if my meniscus injury only aches at times but does not swell, does it mean that it is only a partial meniscus tear and not a full tear ? Of course without mentioning that i have not decided to go to a specialist to take an MRI yet. Please advise.

Q1: how long should i apply Knee Cold Cure® Wrap on my knee and how long should i wait after using the Cold Knee Wrap to start using the Knee BFST Wrap ?

Q2: How long do i need to use Cold Knee Wrap so that the inflammation completely goes off ? Because the inflammation comes and go even before i start using the Cold Knee Wrap OR should i use Cold Knee Wrap for 5-6 days before using the Knee BFST Wrap ?

Q3: Also, The Knee BFST Wrap has 2 directions of using, UP and DOWN. Since meniscus injury is in the middle of the knee, Am i suppose to use 20 mins of up and 20 mins of down on my knee OR only 20 mins of up healing. Please advise.

Treatment Questions / Meniscus injury Left Knee
« on: May 05, 2014, 01:13:32 PM »
Hi everyone...Jeremy from Singapore here....I was squatting on both knees and i turn my left leg one side without turning my body and i went sitting down on the floor after i felt a pain on my knee...i then went to Orthopedics and they said i have a meniscus injury but i have not gone for a MRI and till now it has been 2 months...i can walk normally after a few days and knee was locking slightly for about 3 weeks and after that everything was better, just that when i walk for too long my left knee feels sore and there is no more swelling after the first 3 days of injury and i can't squat totally on the left knee as when i go halfway down, i feel the strain, so the question is that if i want a faster recovery, is using BFST/cold wrap a good idea...would be good to hear from the professionals and people here and all advice are welcome ? :) ;) :D ;D :P
