Hello

I have mild Achille's symptoms on my left achille's most likely caused by driving a manual transmission car (clutch), it steadily worsens throughout the day, aside from Essential Oils I am not taking any analgesics. Will this kit heal the area and allow me to continue driving a manual, I have driven one for five years, it's never before been a problem. Do you just reach a certain age that the body just can't take the repetitive nature of operating a clutch?

I have several Yoga instructors (been doing this about 5 years), one says dump the car it's imbalancing your body, while another says keep it, it's good to keep the leg active.
