I have tendonitis in my left wrist which is extremely painful.  I ordered both the Cold Cure and the BFST. I read that to not use the BFST until the swelling/inflamation has gone.  However I don’t really have the swelling ut there is a small hard not on the wrist.How do I know when the inflammation has gone when using the cold cure?  Is it when the pain has left?  Thank you.
