The BFST wrap is unlike a TENS unit and will not cause any sort of electrical shock or vibration. The BFST wrap is designed to use an Electro-Magnetic Energy to help with penetrating deep into the damaged soft tissue to stimulate the blood flow and help accelerate the healing process. Our wrap is more closely related to the principal of Ultrasound Therapy, but is much safer to use for at-home treatments than Ultrasound.

Hello,

Because you still have the "swollen" feeling, I recommend starting off with our ColdCure wrap to help with effectively reducing the swelling and inflammation in the injured area first. Once the swelling and inflammation have gone away, it is then recommended that you start using the BFST wrap to help with stimulating the blood flow through the damaged soft tissue to help aid in the healing process. It's also recommended to limit any intense or strenuous activities while doing treatments with our products. This will help with accelerating the healing process as well. It is also recommended to get the Wrist ColdCure wrap and Wrist BFST wrap to help with targeting the injured area more effectively as the Foot wraps won't reach the ball of the foot for people with a shoe size larger than 8.5.

Thank you,
Sarah

Treatment Questions / Re: Golfer's Elbow
« on: May 12, 2020, 11:43:33 PM »
Hello,

If you have started using the BFST wrap, we recommend doing the treatments 3-4 times per day. One treatment being done right when you get up in the morning, and one done right before going to bed at night. The other 1-2 treatments can be done throughout the day or right before doing any intense or strenuous activities. If you feel any increased pain either during or right after doing a BFST treatment, this means that there is still too much inflammation in the injury and need to stop doing BFST treatments. After stopping the BFST treatments, go back to using the ColdCure wrap only until the inflammation has gone away.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Treatment Questions / Re: Elbow pain treatment

Thank you for your inquiry. If the swelling has gone away, but the pain is still there, you can start on the BFST treatments and see if the injury is ready for that yet. If you do start to feel increased pain from the BFST treatments, this is usually a sign that there is still a lot of underlying inflammation in the injury and would need to go back to using the ColdCure only until it goes away.

Treatment Questions / Re: Lower back
« on: February 04, 2020, 06:13:18 PM »
Thank you for your inquiry. We will always recommend starting off with using the ColdCure Back/Hip wrap to help with the pain. Since our BFST wraps cannot help with any nerve-related injuries, it is not something that would help to fix the injury. However, it can help offer some relief and to help lower your risk of injury in terms of any soft tissue injury such as Sciatica or any torn muscles in the back.

While the BFST wrap is an expensive purchase, we do also have a 30 day money-back guarantee on all of our products. So if you are not satisfied with the product within those 30 days, you can return the product for a full refund as well.

General Discussion / Re: Multiple wrap use
« on: December 11, 2019, 06:54:48 PM »
Hi Taeter,

You can use the BFST wraps at the same time. Keep in mind, though, that you will need an outlet with space for both of the power supplies and a place to use while at rest.

You can also use the ColdCure products at the same time as well. However, after each 20 minute treatment with the ColdCure products, give at least 20 minutes for your body to regulate itself back up to room temperature before starting another treatment.

If you have any questions about the treatments, feel free to let me know.
