Thank you for your interest into our BFST Wrap. The treatment would most definitely assist in not only the healing of any potential injuries but in the stimulation of circulation through your feet. The BFST treatment is recommended to be used 3-4 times a day and for a 20 minute treatment session. Each session gives the user increased blood flow stimulation that typically last for a 4 hour period.

In essence if you are applying  the product 3-4 times a day you will in fact have the opportunity to provide your body with a continuous flow of 12-16 hrs of enhanced blood flow simulation which can only provide a positive impact on your health:)
