Title: Mal-tracking kneecap

Thats what im having now.. :(..  of course im taping..  its a viscous circle.

Sorry to hear you are having on-going knee issues!
Patellofemoral or knee cap maltracking is one of the most common causes of knee pain and can be caused by:
    Tightness in certain areas of the leg (e.g. calf and hamstring muscles).
    Weakness in muscles that should help maintain normal patella tracking
    Altered hip, knee or foot posture.
    A shallow Patellofemoral groove.
We always recommend that you see a doctor or physiotherapist, apply ice therapy to help with inflammation and as you mentioned, tape the knee cap.
With proper supervision (physiotherapist) you will have to work on stretching and strengthening certain muscles to avoid damage to the cartilage and femur.
Continue with BFST treatments as well to help ensure there is adequate blood flow to the areas affected by the condition.

Well i went for a run tonight...  it went pretty well  :-*  im still having the tingling on the medial side of my knee..  wondering if that will go away..  it is at the joint line.. its not a big pain and rather annoying.  :(  8)
