Title: KT Tape & BFST same time?

Can i use the bfst while i have KT tape on my knee?
And is it as effective while the tape is on?

Good morning. Yes you can wear the KB Tape while treating with the BFST. Anything in between your skin and the wrap will decrease the effectiveness slightly, but with the tape it wouldn't be enough to be concerned about. I performed all my BFST treatments on my foot with the tape on for about a month and got great results.
