I completed an order without registering on the site. I decided to register after I completed the order. However, there is no documentation of my order on my account. How do I track my order?

You can send an email to our CSR Team with your full name and the name of the product(s) your purchased. Your invoice, order number and tracking information will be sent to you immediately. The contact information including phone number is found on our website under Contact Us.

Order tracking is now sent to customers via email at the end of the business day. The email includes your tracking number and link to the carriers site to be able to track its activity.
This email also includes information on combination therapy and treatment information.
