Can I get a replacement bfst pad for my top shoulder wrap? There is no option for that on your ordering website.
One of the wires has broken on mine. The wrap is still good but the pad does not work .

The order is long past warranty, purchased in 2016, I will call to discuss but I conclude from your response that I will have to purchase a new one. Please confirm or refute my conclusion with your reply.

If you purchased the original bfst, later in the year (around December), you may still be within the service life of this product. Otherwise, you would have to purchase a new one. Any of our agents would be happy to help you place an order and we can also offer you a discount on shipping.
