I had already ordered the warm wrap some time ago. I find the warm wrap very soothing, and helpful. The cold wrap caused a surge of pain over the knee. I am sure that this is due to the level of inflammation in the area. The cold wrap is soothing in my current condition only if it is slightly cold. Anything more than that is quite painful at this time. I am confident that as the knee heals, the cold wrap will be more helpful.

I injured my knee in August 2013 and in October 2013, my chiropractor saw that I had a twisted tibia. I continued getting the tibia adjusted for a couple months until it finally stayed in place. I found help from massage therapy as well, but chronic pain continued. I thought maybe it was because the tendons and ligaments had been stretched out of place for too long and it would take awhile to repair. I finally sought help from Physical Therapy in August 2014, which was when I got an answer that solved the year-long mystery. I found out that I have a slightly torn lateral meniscus in my knee. It seemed to be better after a month of physical therapy, but not much better. I decided to do a search on the Internet for anything that could help heal a torn meniscus because I wanted to avoid surgery! I found the King Brand website, read all the testimonials, reviews and what this product could do for my knee. I called and asked more questions and ordered the ColdCure and BFST Knee Wraps. I've been using the products for three weeks now, and the past 3 days have been the best days I've had in 16 months! I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am right now. To be able to get up from the sitting position without cringing in pain is priceless! I have followed directions, made sure I've rested, I've increased my water intake to help improve the blood flow and have lost weight to help take pressure off the body. I've had minimal pain during the past 3 days! I realize how important it is to continue this therapy for awhile because it takes time to heal –especially being a delicate soft tissue area in the knee. I have real hope now for a full recovery and I am so thankful to have found this therapy that I can do at home! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!

I was a little leery of your company since I knew nothing about you -just what I learned from the internet. But you have certainly been easy to work with. Thanks for being helpful and honest. It is awesome! I had seen an orthopaedic guy and he said I had a torn meniscus and needed surgery. I bought the wrap and the pain went away! I don't think i'll be needing surgery now. I could not walk before i got this thing and now I am back to normal. In the summer of 2014, I was so debilitated that I could not walk without extreme pain. I saw an orthopedic surgeon who said I had a tear in my meniscus. He scheduled me for an MRI and told me I would need surgery to repair the tear. Since I have had many friends go this route without positive results, I declined to follow the doctor's orders. Instead, I ordered the BFST for the knee. I love using this product. The heat feels so good when I am using it. A year later, I am basically back to normal now. I am walking and biking and enjoying life once again. When I feel a twinge of pain, I use the cold pack and then begin using the wrap a until I am not in pain anymore. I love this product. We just ordered the back wrap for my husband who keeps re-injuring his lower back. The chiropractor told him to be very careful and to expect the recovery to take a year. We have faith that the BFST will speed up the healing process. Thank you for this amazing product!

After my MRI I was diagnosed with a small complex tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus, grade 1 MCL sprain, and mild interstitial sprain of the ACL. This was not the result of any significant injury. I am an active 59 year old male and wish to stay that way. I ordered the BFST and started treatment at level 1 on august 12. On august 15, I went to level 2. I am seeing improvement and I am walking with less of a limp.

Love it!! I have a very bad back - it's one of the few things that has really helped me. It's done wonders for my back! A few months ago I had problems functioning - If it wasn't for this I wouldn't be able to get back to work. I begin my day with that before I do anything. It's bought me a lot of relief. Anything that can keep us moving and functioning is a good thing. I use the BFST for the back a minumum of 3 hours a day. It's fantastic! I've been using this since May and have reduced my medication sometimes and gained extra time between shots. Love your stuff. It's bought about a tremendous change. I can't begin to tell you how much the Knee Wraps (both heat and cold) have worked for me. My knee went out and I was totally incapacitated. Was in a full knee brace and unable to ambulate. When I found this product, being a nurse for 25 yrs, it made perfectly logical/medical sense to me. I tried both the heat and cold wraps and within 2 weeks was back on my feet. I am doing well with them and I am very impressed actually! I have an old injury which was causing quite a bit of trouble and pain. After only 2 weeks I am back to fairly normal activities. My wife and I do regular ballroom dancing, which I haven't been able to do in a while. Although I haven't tried it yet again, I am looking forward to, and I am optimistic that I will be soon with the progress I have made in such a short amount of time. I have no bad things to say about the products. I haven't used the ColdCure too much as I don't have much swelling or inflammation, but I have using the bfst as recommended. "I love it!" I was diagnosed with a ruptured Baker's Cyst (which has since healed and returned). I needed a product that would deliver results. After researching many sites and products, I selected King Brand ColdCure Wraps. I have not been disappointed! The occasional flare-ups and swelling are controlled with the ColdCure knee wrap. I prefer to keep the cold packs in the refrigerator which makes them easier to insert. I was having some tendon issues in my knee while training for a marathon. It was very painful to run. After using the Knee products, 3 times per day, for the past few days, I have already noticed dramatic improvement!! I was also experiencing some tendon issues in my elbow as well, and have noticed an improvement with the use of the Elbow products. The BFST Wrap ( knee) is the single most effective treatment for my injury that I have tried. I strained my Medial Collateral Ligament, and did not need surgery. My doctor said it would heal in 5 to 6 weeks without surgery because of my age (62), but the pain was there. I do not like to take blood thinners like the leading pain killers are. All they do is fool the brain into thinking that there is no pain. The BFST wrap increased the blood flow to the area and it feels 100% better. Also after one week of treatments and 3 weeks after the injury it is healing faster than expected. I give the BFST Wrap the highest recommendation possible 5 Stars, no make that 10 stars, its the best.

I tore my meniscus in two places, laterally and vertically. Before I went to the specialist, I searched the internet for information concerning my condition. I found King Brand BFST and they recommended an alternative to surgery and cortisone shots. Because of their recommendation, when I went to my doctor and he recommended cortisone and surgery; I declined both treatments. I accepted physical therapy and used the King Brand BFST as recommended with a cold wrap for pain. In five (5) weeks I went from practically no range of motion to full range of motion. From excruciating pain to almost no pain. I cannot tell you what to do, but I'm glad I tried the BFST by King Brand before allowing surgery!

BFST is a godsend! Was told that I had no other options before and I tried this and have seen results. It all started with a Fall I had 2 years ago. Broken Patella, Colace Fracture of the Left Wrist, Torn Rotator Cuff in Left Shoulder, and finally a Herniated Meniscus. After 5 Months in Physical Therapy, and finally the Diagnosis of two Surgeries needed, a Meniscus repair and Rotator cuff repair. With no Insurance, and little resources to work with, I went on the net to research alternative methods of Recovery. A Clinic in Houston, put a Doctor on the Phone, which I though was odd, you never get a Doctor on the Phone, and he said what you need to do is Promote Blood Flow to the Area and you will feel improvement. I had already seen the Products that King Brand offered, and thought, well lets give it a try. I purchase the Knee Kit with the Cold Packs and the Heat treatments. I used them every days for 3 months, four times a day. Before, I walked on a Cane, and with a very bad Limp, with excruciating Pain. After, No Cane, No Limp, and most importantly, No Pain. I do not know all the proper lingo, or all the special words, but I can tell you this, This Tool set, is a God Send. Yes, it is a Tool set, and if you decide to buy them and let them set in the Closet, they will be of no use to you. But if you can commit to a few months of regular Therapy, be consistent, and stick to it, you will have the best opportunity for a recovery as I did. I do consider my self fully recovered from the Meniscus injury. One last thing, a Meniscus repair is a Lie. All they do is cut out the tissue that is causing the pain. One day, that tissue will be missed but your Joint, and then what. Use this Product, and repair the Tissue that is there by promoting Blood Flow, imagine that, giving your Body what it needs to repair itself! I hurt my knee more than 2 months ago and an MRI revealed a meniscus tear and some cartilage damage. Not really knowing what a meniscus is, I searched various sites on the internet to learn about the injury and suggested treatments. The pain was at times intense and I tried to stay off my feet as much as possible. If the swelling went down, I could feel the bones grating in my knee. My doctor said that I could have arthroscopic surgery, but he didn't think it would do much good due to the location and type of tear. He suggested that I get a cortisone shot. I was very frustrated because I knew the cortisone shot will not help my problem. Then I remembered that your website said that meniscus injuries need to get blood to location to speed healing. It made sense to me, so I spent the money for the cold wrap and the BFST knee kit. Deep inside, I thought I might be wasting money but I didn't see a good alternative. When the package arrived, I read the instructions and tried the BFST wrap before bed for 20 minutes. When I got up in the morning, I was astonished to discover that I could stand virtually without pain. I'm now using the wraps 3 or 4 times a day for 20 minutes and I can even walk with negligible pain. I realize that the injury hasn't healed, but my knee feels good and the fluids in my knee are almost gone. I feel like I can do moderate exercise without damaging my knee. Then someone from your office telephoned me from Canada to see how I was doing and to answer any questions. She was very knowledgeable and she answered questions for more than 15 minutes. I have already recommended this product to several friends and I've raved about the results to most of my friends. Thank you so much.

I had arthroscopic knee surgery 6 mos ago now. Had used the King Brand units (cold and BFST) for my shoulder about a year ago. I was getting discouraged with healing progress for my knee. Using ice packs did a little, very little, as the ice cannot be used for long, and the swelling & pain just kept coming back, daily. I remembered how well these units worked for my shoulder, so decided to try them for the knee. Problems following knee surgery were swelling of the joint which worsened through the day, and pain with walking on it. After 4 days of using the ColdCure wrap, for a couple of hours in the evening, my knee was no longer swollen, nor has it swollen during the day. I believe the combination of cold and compression on the area is the key, and both easily accomplished with the ColdCure. After the swelling appeared to have ended, I started using the BFST unit as well. A couple of days later, I noticed the pain has completely stopped! This is incredible, as doctor and therapists said it would take a year for the swelling and pain to go away. I only wish I had gotten the KingBrand products sooner. Not only good for injuries, I think these have very noticeable and effective application following surgery as well, as seen my the amazingly rapid progress I had. Doctors and physical therapist should be recommending and/or prescribing these to their patients.

I purchased a knee wrap from KBHP of the internet, and it arrived yesterday. I am post-op 18 days from my second total knee replacement. The knee wrap consists of a Neoprene insulated sleeve with hook and loop (Velcro) attachments that wrap around your knee to whatever degree of comfort you desire. On the inside of the wrap is a net pocket for one of the 3 included gel-pak U shaped inserts. Those inserts are cooled in your fridge and then one at a time slipped into the holder on the knee wrap. It's real easy to attach to wrap to your knee and Very comfortable. After about 20-30 minutes the gel-pak can be removed and now you can use the wrap as a compression device to continue to rehab your affected area. R.I.C.E. is the acronym for this type of therapy, REST, ICE, COMPRESSION, ELEVATION; this device works perfectly for ALL the suggested treatments. I even wore it while I was outside in the TEXAS 100 degree heat yesterday and it worked fine, never slipped down as I walked around. I wore it to bed last night and got up halfway through the night for a gel-pak change. Since it comes with three pak's, there is always a couple in reserve getting cold in the fridge. Finally, it says in the provided information not to put the gel-pak's in the freezer. I did put one in there, it did not fracture, or explode or freeze, but it did get considerably colder. If you use it this way, a simple cloth barrier between it and the skin makes sure you don't get cold burn damage. I love it. It was very reasonable, under $60.00 U.S. delivered and I will get much relief from it. I' wearing it right now as I write this. I don't work for these folks or know them at all, I stumbled onto the site on the internet looking for relief for my swollen knee. I'm a 62 year old retired Public Servant and Biker. As a parent of an active teenager it is devastating when your child is injured and not able to participate in the sports they love. I'm just thankful that my research of different options led me to your site. Her injuries are due to lack of blood flow to her knees. I was looking for a different option than double knee surgery. The BFST is perfect for her. The ColdCure Wrap makes her ice properly every time. For the first time ever she doesn't give me a hard time when she knows she has to do a treatment or ice. Amazing and thank you! We went back to the doctor today and she is ahead of where she should be in her recovery.
