I just started using the products last week. I started out with the cold pack to decrease the swelling on my elbows and Sunday I started on the BFST wrap. I have noticed the pain has started diminishing a little bit. Already I'm happy with it as I have seen some results. Anything helps little by little. Going good, getting better. Seem to be doing pretty good. The BFST is tremendously helpful, just in a matter of a couple of days, already to be feeling so much better. I'm very happy. It's like so much better, Its unbelievable. I am very pleased with it. I am really really happy with it. I went for a massage last week and my masseuse even commented on how much better my arm looks. I had been suffering with traumatic lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) since early March 2016. I had worn several different type of immobilizers and taken anti-inflammatory medications on my doctors advice (with no improvement). Thank you for calling. Working really well actually. I know it is going to be a process for my elbow as I tweaked it pretty good, so it's going to take a bit. Does seem to be progressively improving. I have been a weight lifter for many years, I have in the past kayaked, ran (up to half marathons), and in the past few years studied Aikido. There have been several injuries and accompanying treatments along the way, that have had generally little effect toward healing. Generally speaking I am more of a "grin and bear it" type of individual. I also have been involved in the healthcare system for a while and through that avenue, I have heard about many different treatments. One day I heard about King Brand products and their subsequent use on athletes. I decided to give the product a try after a tear in my shoulder. What a difference! I could tell that there was a definite healing process going on. Not just "feeling good", but actual healing. A year or so later I bought the elbow heat and cold units and to no surprise, they worked wonderfully. I found that both my Ulna and Radius were out of place and after they were put back into place, the equipment assisted me with a rapid recovery. I would highly recommend this product. I felt bad on the survey because I was treating 2 injuries at once (and briefly 3 because after a few months of hard skiing my knee started getting a little sore, so for about 2 weeks I was also treating my left knee with the King Brand Knee Wrap that I got in Dec 2014). For that reason, I was usually only treating my shoulder and elbow 1-2 times each day, due to time limitations (20 min per treatment). I'm sure if it was just 1 injury I would have used it 3-4 times a day and the healing would have been far faster I'm sure. Other than occasional stiffness or soreness in my elbow, it feels good. Shoulder also, although once or twice a day during a certain movement I'll get a brief sting inside of it. I think I'm going to just focus on my shoulder at least 3 times a day for the next week or so to see if that goes away. I hope my survey helps in that even using the wraps 1-2 times daily (instead of recommended 3-4) will still do the job, albeit longer, and will still be more effective when mixed in with a cold wrap. At least thats what I got out of it.

I think your product is very good and I've told everyone about it. After $6,000 of physical therapy, cortizone shots, and other doctor bills my orthopedic surgeon told me I have an unusual type of tennis elbow. He said, "if surgery can even be done on this, you'll have to be referred to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN." Trying to avoid that, I searched the internet and discovered King Brand heat therapy. I have been using the elbow wrap faithfully for 6 weeks. For the first time in 6 months my elbow is making huge improvements. I have a long ways to go yet, but the majority of the pain is gone and my body is starting to show signs of healing. If I over-do it, I use the ice therapy, it feels so good. Thank you for checking up on me. Honestly, before I started using your product I thought I was never going to heal. The pain was unbearable and I had tried everything, nothing seemed to be working. Early last year 2014 I had very bad tennis elbow. I had even gotten a cortisone shot in my elbow that only helped temporarily, what I was really looking for was to heal completely without recurring flare ups. I decided to try your wrap and it healed so much quicker than anything else I had tried. To this date, over a year later it has not come back. I am a golfer so it was a big deal for me to get back to being healthy so I could golf. When I injured my back late last year, I went to the doctor, tried meds, physical therapy, even yoga, nothing worked and I could not stand up straight! I was in terrible pain everyday for 6 months. I figured since the elbow wrap cured my tennis elbow, why not try the back brace? Well that was the best investment I ever made! It took about 2 months of diligently using the wrap but it worked!! These wraps have helped my elbow so much. I have very bad tendonitis (my doctor says it is the worst he has seen), and since using this treatment, it has gotten so much better. That says a lot about your wraps. I had tried everything before finding this, and nothing worked like this does.

I think your products are wonderful! I was in really bad shape with the tendonitis in both of my elbows and thought I would never get back to normal. We ordered the ColdCure Wrap for our Old English Sheepdog. Nick is 10 years old and has terrible arthritis in his elbows. He weighs 95 pounds and stands over knee high. We had been using other wraps that simply circle around with velcro, but they didn't stay on him very well. They often slipped down to his foot or simply fell off. He seems to like having ice on his elbow and we're sure it helps with his pain. With the ColdCure Wrap, we are able to secure the refrigerated pack much better around his joint and the bend in the wrap allows it to fit very well on his upper and lower leg/arm. He's even able to walk around a bit while wearing it. We are thrilled with it and highly recommend it to other large dog owners who have pets with problem elbows.

This company has provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced. After my item arrived, they called me to follow up and ensure that I had received my package, and that the products were working for me. I got the sense that they really care about their customers and want to know how the products are achieving the desired effect. In my case, I benefited quite alot from using the hot and cold wraps for tendonitis. At one point, the heating element in my elbow wrap had stopped working, and when I called to see if it was still under warranty, the lady I spoke with couldn't have been nicer or more patient with me as we tried several things to determine what might be causing the issue. Once she determined what the problem was, she told me that they would ship me a replacement heating pad. I received another one right away. They apologized for any inconvenience, were so helpful, and again, were concerned about my condition, and how I was faring. I cannot say enough good things about this company, and how they treat their customers. I will gladly buy from them again, should the need arise. Other companies should follow their business model when it comes to customer service. King Brand representatives answer the phone; what a rarity that is these days, and they take the time to call you! I've found them to be friendly, genuine and, if this is the business norm in Canada, I just might be moving north one of these days! *Customers reference to hot/heating pad is the BFST

I was having some tendon issues in my knee while training for a marathon. It was very painful to run. After using the Knee products, 3 times per day, for the past few days, I have already noticed dramatic improvement!! I was also experiencing some tendon issues in my elbow as well, and have noticed an improvement with the use of the Elbow products. I plan on using both the cold wraps and BFST's for my knees next marathon training season! I believe the BFST before, and the cold wraps after a long run will likely reduce or eliminate injury.
