Our products come with a year's defects warranty.

After discussion with a Customer Service Representative to ascertain the nature of the fault, the defective component will be replaced free of charge and will also be shipped out at no cost, by regular mail.

On a case by case basis, we may request that the faulty component be returned to us for further testing and quality control.

The power supply no longer works. I bought it more than one year ago. How can I get a replacement?

I am sorry your power supply no longer works.  Please contact our customer service department either by email at service@kingbrand.com or directly at 1-844-400-2525. Our hours are listed on the contact us page.  One of our advisers would be happy to assist you with this issue.  If it is past your one year warranty, we do sell replacement components in relation to original orders.
